Pass the bucket back to me, no help with queries
<p>I'm struggling now from mid May to get answers on some queries on two of my accounts. No one is coming back to me with any answers. I have to follow up every time and then they say I need to query myself from the company I have a query with. I've forwarded many many mails, even to management, but they just don't come bact to me! I need this queries sorted and I need someone to answer me and even do some efford to sort this with the company I have the query with, instead of telling me to phone them. Debtbusters is the middleman and I've been told that if I ever have issues, that I can contact them directly and they will assist. I've even explained that the company I have the query with, won't help me because it's my husbands account, but Debtbusters has power of attorney to query on our behalf, no, they keep on telling me to phone myself. I am so angry about this! I need this solved NOW!</p>

Quess what?? Still NO reply or come back or follow up or nothing on this review from Debtbusters! Wonder if they will ever come back to me.....My e-mails has been read by so called manager Tafadzwa | Debtbusters ********** but still no reply from them. Let's see how many reviews I have to post before someone will react and help me....
