Paid up settlement at Debt busters
Good morning I’m Thabo Makena a client at Debt busters. 12 August 2020 I paid a settlement to my creditors and emailed documents to Debt buster for them to issue me with my credit clearance that did not happen till today. Since those documents were emailed and a number of calls registered as I’m lodge and made follow ups were not attended by their agents. When I check on their sister account ( Smartcents) my account accumulate interest and show me that I’m on areas that I don’t know because on my side all was paid up an settled. Kindly assist with the matter as I’m stuck to move on with my life due to this matter that is hindering me to buy and obtain credit from banking institutions. Thanking in advance hope my matter will be resolved
