Over promises and under delivers

I never This is my second review of Debt busters as I am at my final straw with the service recieved. To cust a long story short like many other people I signed up to try and fix my finances, followed all the steps and stuck to the arrangements with them to the end, when I want to start process of clearing my name from the review I found out that 2 of my account where not paid complete and yes I had to pay the accounts myself considering I had a legal agreement with them for them assist me to settle the accounts, I had to do follow up with the creditors for paid up letters and to supply them to debt busters to start the clearance process, I have done this and no feed back from them to date, my wife found an external company to do her clearance was kept abreast of each and every step on a regular basis and 10 day later her name has been cleared from ITC as for me nothing not a word nothing. How debts buster won awards for the best debt company I don’t know as my journey with them started good and got worse as the it progressed not a happy client at all
