Over a month and waiting on clearance certificate

On the 01st of March 2022 I settled my debt. My biggest issue is the lack of communication they have as I was told the process would take 7 - 14 days. Here I am on the 19th of April 2022 and I still don't have a clearance certificate and don't know how far the process is at all.

I have been looking to further my complaints but there is no one they can put me through too

I have called them numerous times and sent emails like a crazy person but still no response.

I am very disappointed with the poor service given to as other people receive their clearance certificates in less than 7 days.
