One shining light throughout the entire Debt Busters process!!

Overall, the Debt Busters process started seamlessly and seemed to be ok... until the paid up point where requiring a clearance certificate.. then the nightmare started. Things have finally been sorted after weeks of asking, calling, emailing and fighting for answers. The teams or departments just dont communicate with each other at all which is truly frustrating!! My overall experience with Debtbusters is therefore a 1/5 but thanks to one escalations agent, Zikhona Mbuli - she is the ONLY SHINING LIGHT in that entire place. Thank you for all your help in getting sorted - you are a star and well worthy of 5/5!!! Overall though - very average experience that i will never go through again!!! Maybe this is how its supposed to be?? To frustrate customers to never coming back?!
