Not transparent

Once you are with them, you cannot get out until you finish the period of your contract. They don't care about your plans. They just flatly refuse telling you that you cannot do a withdrawal, I am left with 19 months to finish and I wanna reduce that time to finish my loans because I can now afford to. But they said NO bluntly. Stating it's in my best interest as if I am a kid who doesn't know what they want. I had a list of people I wanted to refer to them but with this betrayal. I am sorry.

So yeah. I am disappointed
