Not Recommended

It’s been almost 2 months since being with this company and I am still getting communication from my creditors asking for payment to made and that no communication or repayment proposals have been provided by the debt counsellor. Meanwhile, they have received their payment as I was debited. I have sent my counsellor 100 emails for the past month and not had 1 reply. They are making my situation worse. Basically, when you enquire in the beginning they are very helpful but once you sign up and you accept the debit order mandate, they will be scarce. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Very bad service
