Not paying off credit providers- GIVING FALSE HOPE!!!!

Disgusting service!!! Not only do they not reply to emails, they leave you on hold for 20-45 minutes a time. Once you do get through, they are just so unhelpful. After being told I am done with all my debt, I am told to request my own paid up letters, even though an admin fee (which is non-negotiable! Has to be billed every month. I did just that only to find out that they have not fully settled a credit card of mine and I am being told it is my responsibility to personally pay it off when in the beginning I was told and promised that DEBT BUSTERS will pay it off… from December 2021 till now that bit of debt has accumulated interest and this pathetic, useless company is telling me it isn’t their problem. They go around in circles, repeating themselves but never actually sorting out issues.

Companies like this should close down because they care for nothing but their own pockets. Pathetic service by a company run by clowns!!!
