Not Paying Credit Provider
When we started the process of debt management, all our debt was listed. Most, if not all, debt was picked up off the system and shown in our correspondence and welcome letters.
A few months down the line we get emailed by attorneys stating that no arrangement was made and no payment was made. Even tho this has been calculated in our monthly payment this was not paid. Now there is extra lawyer fees attached to this and we are being threatened to be taken to court.
