Not helping at all

I thought it best to put myself under debt review. In the beginning the people at debt busters were very helpful. Now everything is a mess. My credit score is falling every month and it seems that my debt is getting more and not less. When I received my credit report this month, my debt utilisation went from 88% to 97 %, my credit score went from 619 to 614, accounts value R487841 to R535744, ALL my accounts are overdue. My car payments are almost R 16000 in arrears???? I am paying R10500 a month and for what? My name was better without debtbusters as with them. I want to get out of this as they are not helping me at all. Will they help me get to work if the bank takes back my car? Seems as if they are the only people here who are not sticking to the agreement. Where is all my money going if all my accounts are overdue. I have e mailed the consultants who helped me but like I expected, nobody is bothering to help me. Thanks for nothing.
