Not happy with the service

The first the consultant told me was that they are going to help me save from all the debts I have. Yet when month end comes my creditors are still debting and they too want ti debit R5000 from me as well. Which is making me more miserable at the end of the day because I'm experiencing more undue hardship now. How is this helping me when other companies ate still debiting whilst I was promised to save. All the companies were listed which I owed then here vomes a new consltant its no longer all the companies.
