Not Happy

I was not explained properly that I would be paying R5400 the first month and that is only for admin according the statement they send me.R1500 for admin and R3900.00, which I don't know for what it is? All my creditors was cancelled as procedure but nobody was paid in that first month? Then I cancelled the second month because I was not happy,after I told them and emailed as procedure yet they still deducted,now I must wait 7 works days to get my money back. I can't pay any bof my creditors and R5400 was waisted for the first month because nobody got paid they only cancelled debit orders,no negotiations was done that was supposed to happened after the second payment. They supposed to help you but now I'm further in depth
