Not delivering on their promises

In June 2023 I app**** for debt review. In July all companies were supposed to stop debiting, some did but Old Mutual Finance did not stop, I reported the matter with Debt Busters, I was told that the matter will be resolved, I will get my refund, within 10 days that never happened, and there was no further communication regarding the OMF refund. Now it's August second month in debt review and Old Mutual Finance is still debiting. Debt Busters close shop if you can not deliver what you are promising, why am I under debt review and paying the R7200 and still be debited by private companies?
