Not answering emails and calls
So I have this consultant helping me took me through the process and all sounded great he said he would get back to me with regards to a certain company debeting from me if the company dosent get back to him in time he will then move debt busters debit order to the following month the other company debuted plus debt busters have debited he is now not answering calls nor emails I would like the debit order to be reversed as I would still be in the same boat. I am at my wit's end calling him and emailing him with no response since last week he doesn't even get back to me but messages are left for him!!.Terrible service!

29 Jun 2023, 12:15He responded two days ago that's the last I have heard from him making empty promises again I have emailed him no response I even called the other company to try get answers I got somewhere but now I have another one harrasing me about a debit order obviously it seems like to me the proposal was not sent to this company in time. All I would like you to do please is Revere either debit order ASAP!! I'm not happy with this!!
