Not a happy client.... YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC

What a terrible experience

Signed up with your guys last year(2019) September everything was smooth i was a happy client. November and December you stop deducting from my account. i called to make you aware and you tell me somebody froze my account what the hell does that mean. Yesterday i received an email telling me that im on step 1 again like ***.... Muhammed who is the manager has never gotten back to me after i escalated the matter. You guys were so quick to status my credit record but havent even finalised my process.... Im not happy
