No Transparency
Been paying for R5107 for 5 years, never missed a payment. End of February 2026, I was supposed to pay my final payment (R2225), but all of a sudden I'm expected to pay R5107 in February, and R2500 end of March. I've been sent from pillar to post, trying to understand why the sudden changes? As of January, my balance sat on R1600. After my January payment of R5107, my balance moved to R1900. Kindly make it make sense. I'm so annoyed because no one is even shedding light on this.
