No Support No Financial Freedom Yet

Just reposting this review for the 3rd time now and still waiting on DebtBusters. CSU department has since just sent the same mails that they are waiting for feedback from another financial institution. No progress, No Support, No Financial Freedom Yet!!!!!

Firstly DebtBusters after many mails you left me no choice and i will continue to write reviews as many as possible until my problems have been resolved!

People writing good reviews is perhaps because they are still early in the process or recently signed up but let me tell you my problem;

When i signed up all good and well. Then as anyone should know this is a long and hard process to go through for me almost about 5 or 6 years but i did all my payments and looking forward to the Financial Freedom set date.

Well guess what it is now almost going 3 months after the set Financial Freedom date which and still i dont have a Clearance Certificate! Worst of all when you phone Debt Busters prepare to spend a lot of airtime without any solution. When you mail them multiple times you get an auto response mail saying they experience high volumes and are busy. CSU department only reply either once in 15 days then perhaps once in 7 days and so on. As mentioned i am now waiting almost 3 months and still cant begin a new life journey. Currently sitting without a vehicle (mentioned this twice in a mail already) still no feedback.

Worst Worst of all now there is an issue where one of the financial institutions made a change a year ago and this was not picked up by Debt Busters who was suppose to handle everything for me. Also according to Debt Busters they have not received this communication as well as myself. Also after everything i still had to pay 2 other accounts separately which still showed an amount outstanding!!!

After everything that has been going on and the whole process i have been through i decided to do a credit report check and it is not good because apparently there is another account outstanding. What the hell??????

DebtBusters SA why is the support on your side so bad, why can people not understand the process we have been through and it needs to be sorted out. I have asked multiple times can someone in Management take charge and assist. I have no idea how long this will continue as it is but i have decided that i will post this review each day as many times as i can hoping things get resolved quicker.
