NO RESPONSE TO QUERIES AND ACCOUNTS IN ARREARS
I joined Debtbusters In 2013 as I was going through extreme financial difficulty. DebtBusters were very helpful in the beginning and mapped out a 5 year plan for me to get my debt sorted. It is now almost 5 years later and my accounts are no where near closed, in fact one account is showing as long outstanding and affecting my credit score. Furthermore, I have emailed Debtbusters and there's is no response from them. I want to get out of this contract with them as I feel I am in a bigger mess now than before.
