No Response to Queries
I issued a query about a month ago and no one got back to me, last week someone (who I will not mention because it was not the persons fault) got back to me and told me the previous relations manager Sipo left and the ticket was unattended and he would be assisting me now. This relations manager was very good in assisting! HOWEVER!!!
I want Sipo's team leader and manager to contact me to tell me how this could happen, she reported to you and you did not bother to check that she had not gotten back to me and who knows how many other clients, you just gave my query to another person!
I can only imagine everyone elses anger because it's the same as mine!
I want to know who Sipo reported to so that I can go to the top with this!
