No Response or explanation

I have been with DebtBusters since 2014, The amount brought forward for Letsatsi was R6695 amount paid to date R8997.92 and amount outstanding is R5696.53 does not make sense the balance keeps going up have all statements since i joined, i decided to stop paying cause never got any response, i believe they actually owed
