No repsonse to follow up emails

I was assistant promptly initially by Abegail, but there is no response to important follow up emails. There is a cash loan company that I had a loan with in 2014 to 2016, they have closed their offices and the number on their website is not working. I cannot get a paid up letter. I ask what I should do as this is beyond my control. I am still waiting and I am delayed in getting a clearance letter because of this company and one more direct marketing company. I have submitted 90% of the letters to get a clearance. It has been 8 years since I exited debt review but I am still flagged and am required to submit each and every letter even the ones beyond reach.. So, no, I have not been assisted yet
