No reply, no resolution

I have been a debtbusters client for the past 5 years. They have been great until now. I was retrenched in November 2018 and could not make my monthly payments anymore. After supplying debtbusters with te required info and documentation to prove my retrenchment, they informed that the insurance I have been paying every moth for the past 5 years would take care of the monthly payments for 12 month until I find new employment. The insurance paid for the first three months and then stopped. No explananion, no warning.

I contactec debtbusters about this on email, facebook and twitter on on the 15th of april already, and a couple of times after that and to this day have not heard back from them. No explanation, no resolution.

Please debt busters, help me. Let me know what is happening.
