No feedback and policy put through that should be cancelled

I called debt busters on the 20th of April to enquire about debt review, I came to understand that I really do not need it as I am able to afford my finances and my wife did not want us to go under debt review,

I was contacted by Phumza who advised that she will reject the application.

I then get a SMS from my finance company saying the recieved my application for debt review and that.

After the consultant said she will reject the offer and was clear that she had put it through.

wen I call their customer service they say that notting has been processed from Phumza's side to say it should be canceled

I want this to be rectified please
