<p>i've given my financials over the them to sort out. so they take a monthly fee off my account to service my debt. however regarding my house the premium needs to increace avery year with R500 . this was not done. now i am behind on my house. Why do i pay service fees and they let this slip. who? is going to pay the amount that is now outstanding i cant as i cant affort it that is why i contacted you in the first place</p>
