No double debit order reversal.
Debt busters double debited me on the 1st of June. I was told that it ought to take 13 days to reverse the debit order. They have patronized me: I am on chronic meds and am the breadwinner in our house. It is the 20th June now and I still haven't received the reversed debit order. Consequently, I can't go to work, because I have no medication, no medical aid cover for this month, no airtime, no petrol to go to work, no food.
Is this the ethics they uphold? I don't think it is fair.
