No customer service
I have been under debt review for almost 3 years now. Everything went well up until e few months ago. Two of my accounts have been over paid and last month another was returned by service provider.
I phone the customer care line do get help immediately. I have spoken to 3 individuals. They can all see it but no one is able to assist. they have logged a query which I could have done myself and have to wait for 3 days. This is really frustrating. The relationship manager that got me on board also do not respond at all.
