No Communication with them and getting legal threads from consumers.

On 31 July I've lost my job due to Covid 19 . As I was debt Administration I send the a letter stating that I have lost my job. I was even paying for insurance in case I lose my job as they said. I am not happy with the way the handling my case every month the very same people are going to my bank for deductions causing me bank charges and the consumers are are sending me messages that they will take legal actions against me for not paying. No one is saying anything I dont know who to talk to about this because I am still looking for a job. I am stressed and even sick because I didn't plan for this to happen in my life.the last person I spoke to and send the documents to was Magammad*** .He only send m1e a1n 111emal saying they still busy ¹with other cases due to Covid I just want to know if my case will ever be taken serious or prepare for another legal warning because I was thinking things will be easy as I am in good hands .Please help me Peter
