NO COMMUNICATION !!

You are not even worth one star. I am trying to get Dept Busters to respond to my emails and phone calls but no response. Every time i call i tell my problem they say they will come back, nothing happens, i ask to speak to a supervisor they always say they are in a meeting or will call back, which never happens. This has been going on for months now. I get a call from IDM, i asked the lady that spoke to me to send me a mail in connection with my life insurance no mail , i ask to speak to Rejoyce nothing happens. I get another dept review company to check my states and that said that it is still a B3. I want clarity on what is going on ,on my statement i sent a mail requesting that, no response. Up till today no court documents was sent to me stating that the dept review is legal. Why does my creditors keep on sending me sms or phone to tell me that i am breaking my promise to pay and threaten to cancel my dept review. This is the matters that i am trying to resolve or get answers on. No mail or call telling they are looking into it or waiting for answers.
