No communication

I have just app**** for Debt counseling with Debt Busters and was reassured that everything will be taken care of. We haven't even started with the payments and I've received a message from one of my loan companies that they haven't received any response from Debt Busters and that they are going to continue to debit my account. I sent the message to the " consultant ", I'm sorry if she's more than that. She never responds to my messages and there's now zero communication from her now that I have signed with them. I haven't even gone far with them and I'm already unsatisfied and in a panick, especially after reading some of their reviews. Motshewa I don't want the review to be published but Hello Peter doesn't have that option
