No assistance from Debt Busters SA

Due to Covid 19 that has hit the World and our country, we have all been impacted financially and have therefore contacted Debt Busters to assist with the monthly payments to our creditors. Although receiving a response from the call centre agent to advise that a request has been sent to Management regarding the fact that I am not getting a full salary and possibly no salary next month, they have still deducted their payment. All financial institutions has helped their clients with a holiday payment plan EXCEPT DEBT BUSTERS SA. They have made no effort to assist us. I am also sure that the creditors are well aware of the Nations relief programs to assist the people of this nation so why can Debt Busters not do the same.

Our requests have simply fallen on deaf ears.

I await their response now that my debit order has been deducted and I sit with no money to live for this month.
