No Assistance At All

I'm very disappointed at this particular consultant by the name of Sinazo Lukreqo. She can be the most 'helpful" consultant when you're new and still enquiring about their services. It happened that I then wanted to cancel their services and that's where the problem started. She literally shouted at me as if I was a child, saying it's people like me who go around bad mouthing them......she said quite a lot of things I kept quiet and then ended up asking her if were fighting?? Just because I wanted to pull out I got that kind of attitude from her.

Upon cancelation, she sent me an withdrawal form and the guidelines the following day after I chased after her. I sent an email asking if my credit providers were notified, she didn't respond. I've sending emails because when I call my credit providers they say there's NOTHING that was sent to them. If I asked Sinazo about this she ignore my emails. I've left several messages forever to call me back, she never called back. Always when I call she's busy on the other call or in the meeting. I wasted a lot of money calling you guys. I just called in again in 30min , the guy said he'll call me and connect me with her. From the 24th of February I'm waiting for Sinazo to send the document to my credit providers. I find this behavior very unprofessional and rude.
