No Afrikaans Agents
I am so frustrated with regards to debt busters. My first language is Afrikaans and therefore, I will expect to be assisted in afrikaans. Guess what no, one can assist me afrikaans. I remember Reagan was the only one able to assist me but sadly he does not work there anymore. Debt busters, please just please assist me in afrikaans. That is all I am asking you.

We are sorry to learn that you are not happy with us.
Our official business language is English, as it is difficult (and very expensive) to cater for all 11 official languages in South Africa.
But, as our aim is to provide world class service to our clients in every interaction, you can expect to be contacted by a dedicated manager asap, who will try and assist you, or provide you access to a consultant in your preferred language (if at all possible).
