Nightmare service

Debbuster is not who they claim to be, when you are in the signing up process the consultants promise you heaven on earth and they will call/email you consistently tilll you sign up for the program-this is where the nightmare begins. The creditor debit orders will still go off including the fee you agreed on with the company, when you query this you will not get answers as they now have the debit order and the excellent customer service in the beginning is revealed to be an illusion, after numerous follow up emails I still have not received any feedback only lies and being ignored. The cancelation process is the worst even though when signing up you are promised it is easy, this is a bridge of contract since the terms I signed up for were not met and the agreement is still within 30 days. I do not reccomend to anyone at the moment because I am now in a worse off financial position.
