Nightmare!!!

The worst experience ever. I received my Clearance Certificate mid 2022 took a year to get cleared off all Bureaus but for some reason DebtBuster's system triggers a code or status change every few months that I'm still actively under debt review, which then alerts the NCR and then Bureaus list me as I'm under Debt construction (false information), I have to constantly call DebtBusters to update my status and the excuse is always that there's a technical problem with their system that why it keeps changing my status, what HOGWASH. What type of organization that professes to assist people with their debt but doesn't have the required or updated tools/systems in place. Very unprofessional and they should really update the technology or else this will be an everlasting nightmare for many consumers. Pathetic
