Nightmare
Nightmare is the word I would use, my first Month I was debited and no of these funds was paid to creditors as I was not aware of the process. Thereafter we had disagreement as the first payment was made to them. When I cancelled I was asked to pay a further R1700 to transfer over to another debt collection service. As debt busters informed me there was admin charges. Wort experience of my life.
