NEVER USE DEBT BUSTERS!!!!!

Absolutely discussing service received from them. I have been paying my account without missing a single payment to Debt Busters. After my 4 years of paying each account I requested my Clearance certificate. I was unable to get feedback for 2 months. When I finally got hold of someone they informed me there is an account that they accidentally closed on their side and I will need to continue paying. Someone clearly messed up on their side and now they are turning the problem to me. Call center agent was Badikazi who dropped the phone in my ear and ignored all further email. I requested a manager to contact me which was also not done. All my emails are here for proof and they simply do note care. I contacted the creditor who still showed money outstanding only to find out they have not paid them in almost 2 years.

DO NOT USE THEM !! Rather consider using one of the other debt consolidation companies. Debt busters will just keep you in debt for eternity !
