Never recieved refund that was promised in October last year.
Good day
On 29 October 2024 I recieved a email feom debtbusters that my last premuim was to much and the person requested a refund back to me. I send emails to support some were ignored. But on 15 January I got a response that it takes 12 days for Hyphen to do a refund. I have not recieved my refund yet. I would please like to know when I will recieve my refund and details when it was processed and when I will recieve it. So far I feel the responses I am getting is just stalling and hoping I will stop asking. Which is VERY unprofessional. I would like help in this matter please. Thank you Kindest Regards Thinus
