Negative impact debt counseling has on future employment

I've recently opted to go under debt counseling.

I firstly did a research based on all the Debt counseling institutions based on does it have a negative impact for future employment and guess what all said NO.

I've been to multiple interviews and made it through to the 2nd interview then reference checking to the ITC screening step but once the report returns with a reading " Debt Counseling " I'm being informed that I was unsuccessfully whilst others go mute and never communicate.

I'm asking base on the information received below on the attached picture of which by experience find it to be untrue...

So can all the Debt counseling institutions don't feed us with incorrect information as for me working in the finance field has experience the opposite of what they've stated.

Being under debt counseling whilst Job hunting feels like you have a ******** offense record.

I'm writing this heavy-hearted with regrets
