Need assistance

was in debt review since 2014, one of my account was paid from payroll, I called and asked for the account to cancelled from debt review. Before court order , The account was only cancelled from distribution and it was also cancelled on smartcent . I decided to settle all accounts showing from smartcent system and hyphen . And sent all paid up letters

When I requested my clearance letter that was then that I was told I need to settle all accounts I have. Including the one which was not part of debt review.

Not happy with the respond .
