Need answers

Have been with debtbusters nearly 5y now that i am months away from finishing my 5y and being debt free i muste hear of amouts like R14000 oustanding and amounts that was over paid in accounts of R4000 How can this be I just keep getting emails they will get back to me For nearly 5y my debt order went off no problem now i must hear of outstanding debt and to top it all off i got a email a few days back grom n company stating my mr price account has been handed over to them for colection i need to make payment of over R5000 with interest being charged daily How can this be possible seeing tgat i paid debt busters every month for nearly 5y so where is my money and why is my accounts not being paid
