My Name is still flagged bad and i am in arrears also i am handed over.

Hi there Aqil and Wendy you see I even send 2 emails yesterday and still nobody came back to me. Please note that one of my accounts that’s with Direct axis send me an sms from there lawyers that they handing my account over to collection as I am outstanding. but as per my certificate and Paid up letter I am up to date but the account is not closed. I want Proof that all my accounts is closed and i want all my paid up letters and Proof from the Bureau's and service providers that they are all taking off from my Name the ones that still showing under the bureau's is Absa Loan, Standard Bank Credit card and Sanlam Directaxis

Please note I need you to send me all my Paid up letters that’s on that certificate for me to send it to all of my service providers to resolve my accounts on my own as it show me you guys doing it is not getting resolved and my name looks bad now as this is making my name bad on my credit report
