My experience with Debt Busters Cons

My initial expectation of what Debt Counselling is was skewed, I thought I will be sitting in this call with a consultant asking me uncomfortable questions about my finances (like a life counselling). But it was more focused on helping me restructure my monthly debt into one payment, which I though its only banks that does that. Because I tried it with a Standard Bank and they started going through my credit scores and came back saying "Sorry buddy your credit score is bad"...but with debt busters it was a complete experience, you just give them your ID and they get all your debt records which was surprising and legitimated who they are. Then afterwards they work towards a solution of consolidating without you dwelling on your debt. After the consultation, I was like...wow why they even call this service Debt Counselling rather than Debt Consolidation. Because to most of us counselling means something else....If I knew what they do, I could have done it long time...They cut off interest on some of my loans and I started paying the actual loan rather than interest. I would really recommend it to anyone who suffers with debt that is out of control,
