I have big problem with this ppl I called them to inquiring about their products or their plans and so forth
We never reached an agreement for me to take one of their plans or sign any documents
After that I said no it’s fine I’m not taking it Following month they we asking me to pay I said what to pay cause I’ve never taking any plans, then the debt was cancelled
Now they listed my ID/name under their review on system it shows I’m under their review
I’ve been calling and calling they only sending me from one call to another they been saying they will send me some documents I’ve been waiting nothing up so far
Can anyone help me I want my name to be removed from their listed system I’m not under debt review please
