I want to give an updates on my process with Debt buster, what I've realise with them is that when you want things to be done correctly please don't be hands off with them as my experience and 1 thing I've learnt with them is that you need to be hands on with everything that is happening reason why I am raising this concern is that in order for you to be up to dates with your payment please make sure you give them correct information and deal with 1 person/Consultant and make sure if anything you don't understand make sure you revert the back to them and ask, do follow up not just being ******** and let them do things coz you must remember is your profile so make sure you understand the ups and down.

Example now they have sent me the updates regarding unfavorable interest from my creditors which I have received call from my negotiate and she advise me that they will be an increase with certain percentage which I have no problem with that as we keep communicating all the time and the nicest part is they sent me month to month statement.
