Most amazing service

I've had the most amazing service from Debt busters since I've lodged my query.

They regularly kept me informed on the progress and asked me for the right information and document required.

I've also used the Smartcents client portal and it really helped me to follow everything that was done on my accounts and how my payments were distributed and how long I still have to go with the process.

The team that helped me is a real asset to this company and it's very seldom one would walk away from a call or email interaction and think what jsut happened, that was so client centric and amazing service!

I initially thought that after the first contact it was just going to be a once off and I'd never hear from them again and I would have to call etc. ( because it's generally accepted to be the norm in the service industry), but Debt busters proved me wrong. So the words of Stephen Covey are apt: "We are what we repeatedly do, excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."
