Mislead

<div>Good day, I have spoken to all the credit bureaus and ncr and they all telling me that they need a clearance certificate from the debt counselor which in this case its debt busters, the information provided to me it's actually misleading, because i don't understand why should a qualified person will take me from pillar to post.
