Was called by debtbusters to help finishing up accounts. At no time was the process explained to me. The consultant kept saying my accounts will all be settled and i would have to pay debtbusters back. Then when i signed the documents and sent through the consultant explained the details of the arrangement. I then told the consultant to cancel the agreement. He confirmed the agreement will be cancelled. A month later i get debited by debtbusters. I then mailed the consultant as he was not answering my calls. His response was: Hi Raymond,

Apologies your cancellation was only finalised yesterday and the debit order was already in tracking.

Most of my accounts are now paid but i am still under debt review after confirming that i want the agreement cancelled and it was confirmed cancelled by the consultant.

Disgusted at the underhanded behavior of this company.
