Misconduct

Where to begin. We joined this place couple of years back. After false promises and additional funds to them and debt not getting down we stopped paying them. Then they gave us a letter stating that they cancelled us, really. But anyhow I have settled all my debt 2018. My husband has 3 accounts left that does not fall under debt review. Sent all the paid up letters got a mail from the consultant stating 2 of the letters on my name not received. Ok now this is the issue, on their document given to us by them they made an error and used my id number for my fnb smartloan account. I told them that and now they keep on saying I must supply more proof. How much more proof must I give them than the FNB smartloan paid up letter and it is specified as that on the document from them and my ID. He still does not comprehend what I am saying after 4 mails and a phone call. How difficult is that to see that 3 FNB accounts was listed on court order and 3 fnb paid up letters was sent for the accounts settled. Really????? Then I have sent my std bank letter 3 times and he keeps on saying not received or its blank. I now finally sent the mail from std bank themselves with the password maybe he will understand this now. Now the nest issue they are refusing to issue my clearance certificate although I have supp**** all my letters and confirmations. I can understand that they cannot issue my husbands one but that has nothing to do with me at all. We have hired a lawyer now to assist in this matter and remove this stupid money *****ing company from our names once and for all. I WANT MY CERTIFICATE TODAY AS YOU ARE CAUSING DAMAGE TO MY NAME. YOU SAID YOU WANTED ALL THE LETTERS SO i GAVE YOU THE LETTER
