MESSING UP MY LIFE!
<p>You cannot just decide to update when I complain for your own convenience and your admin errors. I have proof that I have paid up my Direct axis account and contrary to what some of you may believe....people on debt review can do Math. Now even better than ever. I know what I initially owed on this account and I know that even with an exorbitant 22% interest, with the amount I paid monthly to date, this should be paid up! I will not stand for this. My last payments were ALL made this month. I am also stopping my debit order for the admin fee. Clearly I've been wasting my money by asking *********** people to help me with my debt.It seems I am doing all the admin myself!</p> <p>I don't think I have ever been this upset in my life. Not only have you not kept your records in tact but now I'm being handed over for payments not made. You clearly stated that my account will be paid up by October 29th (with the figures that needs to be paid on this date) and I have settled EVERYTHING before this date! I have proof of this and I'm reporting you to the FSB. </p>
