Making incorrect payments and then running away from responsibility
I have been paying my accounts diligently and over time, some of my accounts were paid off but I still have two accounts remaining that I continue to diligently pay.
This month, I got my statement and noted, they have paid a creditor that I had completely paid off almost 6 months ago and even got the confirmation letter that the account is paid off. I then checked with my creditors and they were short paid because debt busters decided to pay someone who I have already finished paying off , even according to their own statements in over 6 months they have not distributed money to this creditor and the debt was completely paid off.
I have sent emails and the ticket keeps being moved around and nobody has any answers and whenever I call, they hang up.
They have short paid my creditors and then paid an account they acknowledge was completely paid and even supp**** the confirmation letter that the account was completely paid off but refuse to rectify the situation or communicate with me at all.

18 Apr 2022, 02:38This issue keeps getting worse and the company just does not want to fix this.
I received and email from Sumaya on the 14th of this month and it upset me extremely.
She claims the debt was never paid off, upset, I directed her to their own statements and she has not responded since. I also refuse to do her job for her, I got all the data from them and the creditor.
1. Sumaya claims the debt was never paid.
Debt busters manages my finances, I did not instruct them not to pay the credit, I have records sent to me by Debt Busters and the creditor, Sumaya, instead of reading HER OWN COMPANIES STATEMETS, requested to see my records, when they are the ones that send me the statements!!!, I also have statements from HTN. Why is she not reading those statements and doing the calculations? It took me a reasonable amount of time ready and agonizing over those statements, for the company that manages my finances to come to and ask me TO READ AND EXPLAIN THEIR OWN STATEMENTS AND RECORDS IS UNREASONABLE.
2. Debt Busters did not pay this creditor for more than 6 months, I have emailed records of my communication with Debt Busters during this period where they even adjusted my installment amounts because I was paying my debt off well and also noticed I do not require some additional services.
3. Sumaya was also kind enough to let me know the creditor wants to engage in legal action against me, How when this entire time, I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY DEBT??
4. I just received my statement from another creditor and because they decided to ruin my payments, an account I was paying an amount of R3088.59 now expects and amount of R4244.39
5 How is it possible that you just woke up one day and decided to just stop paying my creditor? I pay you diligently and on time. WHO TOLD YOU TO STOP.
I do not think I'm being unreasonable here and I am extremely upset.
Sumaya works for Debt Busters, they send me my statements, they pay my creditors and we have a fixed amount which I pay.
Sumaya, may you please read your own statements and get back to me and also just explain all this to me with just an explanation and a resolution, please stop asking me for anything.
You guys generate all the documents I have, read them instead of asking for my documents. You guys generate everything!!.
You guys need to explain why a creditor is not paid. When I pay you guys diligently.
You guys need to explain all of this.
